Texas Health Harris Methodist Azle is currently in search of an Operating Room Registered Nurse to join their Surgery Team (Job ID#20897).
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the nursing activities related to care of the patient experiencing a surgical procedure to the recovery phase of care. The Registered Nurse is a resource person and provides guidance to non-licensed personnel. The staff member can expect to care for adult patients, including geriatric and pediatric patients from 1 year through adolescence.
Basis Qualifications/Requirements:
• Current RN license to practice in the State of Texas
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• 2 years circulating nurse in surgery
• Leadership qualities
• Service Excellence skills
• ACLS and BCLS
• Call schedule
Minimum Requirements/Skills:
• Exceptional critical thinking
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be highly motivated
• Work well with a team and have the ability to function in a fast paced environment.
