Bayada Nurses, Home Care Specialists, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse with pediatric ventilator and tracheotomy experience to fill the position of RN Clinical Manager in our Clarks Summit, PA office. The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse who has demonstrated clinical and managerial experience. As the Registered Nurse Clinical Manager, you will have responsibility to oversee the care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include visiting pediatric home care clients, performing assessments, developing care plans, management and mentoring of field staff, reviewing clinical documentation, and overall case management. Requirements: A current Pennsylvania RN license. 2-3 years pediatric nursing experience. Hi-Tech skills; Vent/Trach experience. Prior home care experience is a plus. Strong management and leadership background. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
