The Armenian Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is an 83-bed, 5 Star, SNF.  We seek a full-time RN Staff Development Coordinator to provide routine in-service training to personnel, act as day supervisor for the facility, coordinate infection surveillance and control efforts, and coordinate employee health matters. 

     Candidates must have a minimum of two years of Long-term care experience, demonstrated ability to work with and effectively educate staff at all levels, and the ability to work with a minimum of supervision.  This is a hands-on position that requires energy and initiative.
