RN - Visiting Nurse Home Health Care

Founded in 1996, Nightingale Home Healthcare has a team of dedicated healthcare providers who make each patient's experience as positive and comfortable as possible. Nightingale Home Healthcare ensures that our patient’s health is our prime concern.  We are currently looking for full-time and part-time per visit RN Case Managers/Visiting Nurses in our growing Las Vegas and Pahrump areas.

Ideal candidates will have strong critical thinking skills, one year of homecare experience, registered nurse in the State of Indiana, must work well independently, enjoy problem solving and understand the importance of accurate documentation.




Responsiblity include but are not limited to:





  • Obtains medical history, particularly as it relates to the present condition, from the patient and/or family member.


  • Coordindates and supervises the given by the LPN, Home Health Aide and/or Personal Care Attendant assigned to provide care to the patient.

  • Charts those services the Visiting Nurse – RN has rendered to the patient, notes changes in the patient’ condition and/or family and home situation, makes revisions in the nursing care plan as needed, records supervisory visits, evaluates

  • Other duties supporting direct patient care

  • Computer Knowledge as we are paperless!



All clinical positions require state licensure/certification, 1-2 years of home health experience, CPR certification, current physical and valid driver’s license.
