Recruit, hire, train and prepare performance appraisals for new Sales Consultants ensuring new hires understand their job responsibilities. As well as, coach, counsel and discipline in order to enhance performance by providing ongoing training, reviewing appointment results and performing "ride alongs" with the Sales Consultants.
Ensure the store program is being followed by performing store walks, attending store meetings and communicating best practices with Sales Consultants and other Store Managers
Ensure overall sales performance improves each month with quarterly forecasts, Monthly Business Reviews and Action Plans by working with the Sales Consultants, including monitoring each performance metric on a daily basis.

Conduct effective sales presentations in customer's homes, as required in order to train Sales Consultants or cover territory appointments in case of absenteeism.
