CT Technologist - POOL Positions

Responsibilities

This position is primarily responsible for performing diagnostic radiology and CT scans according to departmental protocol under the direction of a radiologist in a manner to provide exceptional customer service.  You will also be performing diagnostic radiological procedures.

Requirements

·        Associate’s degree (A.A) from a two-year college or technical school

·        3+ years experience in CT and Radiology in a hospital or clinical setting

·        State certification as a Medical Certified Technologist

·        Completion of radiologic technology training and ARRT registration

·        Knowledge of medical terminology

·        Bilingual English/Spanish

Gonzaba Medical Group is currently seeking a LMRT (Limited Medical Radiologic Technician) to join our team in San Antonio, Texas.   

Responsibilities

This position is primarily responsible for providing patient care in the back office setting.  You will assist the Physician as requested with exams, procedures and other processes related to direct patient care under direct supervision.

Requirements

·        High school diploma or equivalent

·        1+ year(s) experience in radiography

·        Possess an LMRT Certification

·        Registration with the A.R.R.T.

·        Current Texas Department of Health license

·        Knowledge of radiology exams and protocol

·        Knowledge of medical terminology

·        Bilingual English/Spanish
