Range Operations Manager

ISR Group is currently seeking an energetic, motivated and professional individual to fill the position of Range Operations Manager in Savannah, Tennessee. This person must have the ability to multi-task!
Summary: Coordinates activities of and supervises personnel engaged in the operation of a Range by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Interprets and complies with Federal Aviation Agency directives and other government regulatory directives and/or agencies and places them into effect.
· Establishes, maintains, and enforces Range Division regulatory guidance (per ISR Range SOP and any other documentation) as applies to employees or Customers. Adapts procedures to deal with problems or situations not covered by established procedures or policies. Upon altering a Range SOP Directive, Ops Manager must acquire approval from Division Manager.
· Maintains situational awareness on flights conducted at the Range.
· Schedules and manages Range utilization during all training events.
· Oversees the coordination of co-usage with other customers.
· Responsible for OPSUM, oversight of de-confliction/operational establishments, safety compliance
· Organizes and conducts on-the-job training of other range personnel.
· Inspects radio equipment for frequency adjustments and reviews records and reports for clarity and completeness.

Individual must be competent in related government directives as it relates to range operations. Must be analytical and able to problem solve, as they arise. Ability to perform job responsibilities independently or in a team concept.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and three – five years related experience and/or training.
