This Director of Rapid Continuous Improvement (RCI) will identify and deliver best practice programs to ensure the success of the organization. This Director will drive strategic analysis, project identification and execution, and organizational development across the business.
Our Client is a global food & beverage manufacturer and distributor. This position will require high travel- but no relocation necessary.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Assist in the creation of an RCI mindset within the organization
- Manage a portfolio of projects
- Manage a team of 6 RCI Managers (Black Belts)
Preferred experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Distribution, or Sales/Marketing.
Candidate will have a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Lean Sensei or equivalent certification, as well as at least 10 years of process improvement experience in an operational environment. Ability to communicate at the Executive level is essential.
