General Duties:

• Responsible for re-enrolling and advising undergraduate and graduate students by following standardized university admission guidelines and procedures for degree completion.
  
• Develop, maintain and track qualified prospective re-entry student base.
  
• Develop proactive and consistent re-entry campaigns.
  
• Schedule and conduct daily appointments/interviews with prospective re-entry students.
  
• Re-enter students who meet eligibility requirements and complete all required re-entry forms.
  
• Schedule re-entry business office and financial aid appointments.
  
• Follow up on all prospective re-entry students who fail to return calls for appointments and/or interviews.
  
• Maintain a tracking system to measure weekly, monthly and quarterly progress.

• Previous sales experience within a proprietary school environment a PLUS.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Associate Degree required or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
