Growing Commercial Real Estate Company is looking for a Property Accountant. Responsibilities include preparing and posting all accounting transactions for multiple properties on an accrual basis, reviewing general ledger balances for completeness, accuracy and account classification, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports to lenders and internal users, analyzing income statements and auditing variances and assisting managers in preparing budgets and forecasts.
