Requirements / Description:
Ø Bachelors degree in business administration, economics, accounting or real estate finance, preferred
Ø CPA / CPA candidate preferred
Ø 3 + years of prior accounting experience, real estate / mixed use property, Big 4 background preferred
Ø Must be familiar with accounting software (JD Edwards, Argus, Skyline, MRI, etc.)
Ø Strong personal computing skills using Microsoft products and other industry standard products
Ø Detail oriented with solid verbal and written communication skills
Ø Must have strong verbal and written skills
Ø Must have the ability to create, establish and evaluate goals and budgets in a timely manner.
Ø Must understand at a minimum the following:
o Creating common area maintenance (CAM) budgets
o Creating and understanding the pass through charges and collection processes
o Understanding preparation and presentation of financial statements
o Understanding concepts of sales breakpoints both natural and artificial
