Job candidates are required to have the following:

-  New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson License

-  College Degree

-  2 years experience in commercial real estate

-  Some knowledge of construction is helpful

-  Divers License and vehicle

-  Willing to make sales calls

-  Entrepreneurial spirit, high motivation

-  Professionalism and honesty
