Collect, analyze, and prepare corporate real estate metrics to help identify areas that may need improvement. Coordinate all vendor management, fleet vehicle and business continuity plans. Strong excel skills and finance knowledge required.
Responsibilities:
Collect corporate real estate metrics from multiple systems and prepare analysis reports of key findings
Coordinate vendor management and procurement activities
Manage the fleet vehicle program
Manage the business continuity plan
Organize and manage records and files
Distribute department surveys and measurement tools
Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
Education - BS required Business/accounting/finance or relevant business experience
Experience - 3-5 years of related experience business analytics, finance, and reporting
Job Skills / Knowledge:
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong PC skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.)
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices, terminology, and metrics
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
