Manage day to day profitability and operation of residential Real Estate office. Must be experienced in all aspects of residential Real Estate. Supervisory skills needed to motivate, train and oversee staff. Should be well versed in real estate laws, contracts and all procedures related to the sale and purchase of new homes. Recruiting background a plus!
