Real Estate Consultant needed to help Real Estate Investment Firm acquire and sell houses. Sales Consultants follow up on leads of people interested in selling their house and get acquisitions from those leads. Consultants are also expected to negotiate outsale contracts with Realtors and show properties to prospective buyers. Must work aggressively to ensure properties settle in a timely fashion.
Duties
· Diligently follow up on all leads received within a maximum of 24 hours, but preferably the same day.
· Negotiate acquisition (homes and land) and prepare all contracts for ratification.
· Scour the MLS for good investment properties.
· Ensure all contracts are prepared correctly.
· Field inbound calls from Realtors and customers at all hours, including nights and weekends.
· Negotiate outsale contracts with unrepresented and represented buyers. Try to sell properties to as many unrepresented buyers as possible.
· Show houses to unrepresented prospective purchasers at times convenient for the purchasers, including nights and weekends.
· Work with Realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies to ensure a smooth and timely settlement.
· Prospect deals at foreclosure auctions.
· Put up signs and lockboxes as needed.
