    Retail Sites LLC is looking for a team member with experience in retail leasing and brokerage, preferably in the mid-Atlantic area or Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  The right candidate with have proven track record of acquiring new business and building / maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Building tenant representation client list.
• Assist team in location of new sites for existing clients and firm.
• Help to establish a third party leasing business.
• Develop financial analysis for new projects.
• Negotiating leases and agreements of sale.
• Handling all aspects of deals until closing or rent commencement.
• Managing client relationships.

Requirements:

• Love of sales.
• Understanding of real estate finance.
• Strong work ethic and desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Must be a team player.
• Willingness to work on commission.
• Excellent communication skills - must be able to think critically about both client needs and creative solutions.
• Bachelors Degree.
