Responsibilities:


  • Handle all leasing, marketing, sales, customer service, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Focus on converting leads into sales by outreach, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Process applications and lease renewals.
  • Develop innovative strategies for marketing of property.


Qualifications:


  • Must possess leasing and/or sales experience, with strong customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks.
