Top national firm with a very busy real estate practice seeks a Real Estate Associate with top tier firm experience or experience from a busy mid-sized firm for their midtown Manhattan office.
The successful candidate must be very bright, hard working and a problem solver. Requirements include excellent writing skills, manifested ability to prepare winning motions and experience in reviewing complex documents.
The atmosphere at this firm and particularly in the real estate group is pleasant, fun and collegial. The real estate group has 15 lawyers in New York and is one of the leading practices in NYC. Clients include Fortune 500 clients. Most of the work relates to leasing, finance, buying and selling, big box and retail leasing.
