Real Estate Loan Specialist I

Assist lenders and managers with real estate lending activities as assigned. Performs one or more of the following activities: develops and monitors lending reports and other tracking mechanisms to help achieve lending goals; researches and resolves inquires and issues from customers and outside agencies; reviews loan documentation and requests additional information as required; reviews and administers loans in accordance with the loan agreement; prepares loan documentation; oversees loan set up, tracking and/or closing procedures; boards loans on the loan servicing system. May perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

Typically requires a High School degree or equivalent and 1 year of directly related real estate loan or banking experience. Full use and application of basic real estate and banking procedures and terminology. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and/or Excel.
