Real Estate Portfolio Administrator JoS. A. Bank Clothiers in Hampstead, Maryland is seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Administrator for our Real Estate division. Responsibilities • Finalizes committee approval packages by preparing demographic comparisons and sales maps. • Manages the flow of turnover packages from Real Estate to Store Development and Legal teams. • Follows up with landlords to ensure that all required paperwork is prepared including lease documents. • Reviews initial drafts of leases to make certain they reflect the approved letters of intent. • Maintains the Lease Digest. • Abstracts all new leases and amendments into the Lease Digest. • Analyzes leases and interprets obligations related to the real estate portfolio. • Assures adherence by landlords, developers, and other tenants to specific provisions of our leases. • Resolves lease disputes with landlords as assigned. Requirements • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. • Intense focus on detail. • Understands complex legal documents including leases, amendments and letters of intent. • Strong technical skills including the use of Excel and Access.
