Blue chip alternative investment firm is seeking a candidate for their real estate group, under the CFO's domain - ideally 5 years exp - public or public/private/CPA/industry experience.

Firm has approx 20 billion under management and is performing very well and growing globally. Responsibilities include the following:

-Financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis on real estate deals/funds on a global basis

-Significant interaction with joint venture operating partners on all reporting and operating issues

-Significant interaction and reporting to investors, executive management, fund advisory boards

-Provide accounting and financial support for real estate deals and transactions

-Provide performance analysis on funds and transactions

-Involved in valuation analysis

-Involved in accounting finance support for all deal structures; provide accounting and finance support for all investment acquisitions and sales

Reports to the the group CFO; excellent visibilty to others in senior management and lots of room for internal mobility.
