JOB RESPONSIBILITIES •Survey new home communities to update data, including sales, pricing, and closings •Visit planning departments to gather information on proposed new home communities •Identify and monitor future product introductions (sources include newspapers, builder websites, etc.) •Ensure high quality standards are maintained •Build strong working relationships with information providers, including sales agents, builders, and planners •Gain market knowledge and be a resource for internal and external clients •Represent Hanley Wood Market Intelligence in a friendly and professional manner
JOB QUALIFICATIONS •Some college coursework •Excellent communication skills •Ability to work in a highly organized manner and meet all established deadlines •Work well independently, as well as in a team environment •Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance required •Proficient PC Skills, including knowledge of MS Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook •Live within the market's geographic area during the tenure of the position.

The ideal candidate will have some experience or coursework related to the new home construction industry, and an interest in learning more about the industry. This is a "field" position, requiring visits to municipal offices, new housing developments, and periodic meetings in the Mesa, AZ office. Candidates must have reliable transportation and auto insurance.
