We are seeking highly motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team located in Boca Raton, FL.

Atlantic and Pacific Real Estate(a division of CMH) is currently looking for an experienced, professional Licensed Real Estate Agents or Brokers for our Palm Beach and N.Broward County team. 


 


Carrington Mortgage Holdings, LLC (CMH) is a private company and a hedge fund affiliate specializing in the full suite of services required by the residential loan and real estate market.  CMH overseas several business’ complimentary to the residential loans/real estate industry such as sourcing and acquisition of loans to origination/brokering of loans, purchases of residential loans assets, either whole loans or securities, servicing and maximization of the value of assets, loss mitigation and loan modification, foreclosures, management, rental and sale of REO properties.


 


CMH and its affiliates have 500 employees and are continuing to grow.  Headquarters are located in Orange County, CA.






 


 


Agents will be responsible for:



  • Selling homes to potential first time buyers from our inventory of REO properties
  • Will be given a book of REO properties (20-25) to use as inventory to attract buyers
  • Work from home office

 


Successful Candidate will have:



  • 3-5 years selling residential properties in a specific geographical area
  • Licensed agent
  • Strong network of potential buyers
  • Experience working with first time buyers

 


 


 


We offer monthly commissions, marketing cost for APRE properties, plus compensation for property preservation and oversight.
