Licensed real estate agent. Salary,commission and bonus. A hand full of these jobs exist in Central Ohio . Work for one of the top brokers in Columbus as a Licensed assistant-  Regular scheduled hours including weekends required. Job duties include

        a.  Customer coordination and follow through. Including weekly letters.

      b.   Preparation, processing and of scheduling  of closings

      c.   Prepare complete presentation packages and CMA’S

       d.      Phone duties including scheduling showing’s and answering phones

      e.     Advertising

      f.       Aiding in mailers and maintaining data base

      g.     Experienced with BPO’s and dealing  with REO’s

      h.      Buyer and Seller representation of your own clients.

Real estate license and experience required for position.

Salary, commission and bonus program.

Income range between $38,000 to $80,000
