About the Job
We are a well established, “small” company (12 people) based in Manhattan that is looking to hire a sales director to help us expand. Individual must be articulate, professional, personable and self-motivated plus have strong prior management experience and/or thorough knowledge of the Manhattan real estate market. Responsibilities will include managing our currents sales team, hiring and recruiting new agents, developing a training program, leading sales meetings, increasing our advertising presence via the web and traditional media, and providing the input and feedback necessary to successfully grow.
