Real Estate Sales Director

Job Description
 
The District Director is responsible for residential real-estate sales activity in his/her respective region. In this position, the Director is expected to manage and leverage agent staff to proactively generate sales revenue, develop and grow the business, and exceed client expectations.

Performance Expectations:
  • Manage all Real Estate agents (that are company employees) in his/her region and provide positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum sales activities.
  • Develop and grow business as it relates to home sales and home listings.
  • Monitor sales team metrics and guide team toward meeting/exceeding goals. Accurately project revenue and productivity for the territory,
  • Review and evaluate performance of employees and ensure they have necessary tools and skill set to perform their job.
  • Obtain/maintain Real Estate license.
