Receivables/Bad Debt Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
The Bad Debt/Receivables Manager is responsible for the operational success of business assigned to their area. They build workflows, communicate new policies/procedures to the staff, interview candidates for hire, resolve employee issues, ensure the staff meet productivity goals, employee training, monthly reporting, quality assurance, and act as a client liaison. Other duties will be assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Degree is preferred (but is not required)
• 3-5 years experience in patient financial services is required
• Must have strong health care billing and/or bad debt collections background
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred
• Must be an excellent communicator (both orally and written)
• Must have strong leadership abilities
• Must have experience with Excel and Word
