Recent Computer Science Master’s Graduate:Software Support:Coding Experience Required

Desired Background:

A Recent Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a similar field with a high GPA.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be ready and willing to work in a Hybrid User Support Role: Supporting very technical users (Database Engineers) while writing fixes and patches to existing code in order to solve and resolve issues and problems.


Must be well versed in c, c++ and/or core java; experience with Perl or Shell Scripting is preferred.


Database Experience, Knowledge or Training (Oracle, SQL Server or similar) is preferred.


Experience coding on and interfacing to multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux and Unix) is preferred.


Must have a strong understanding of Computer Science Basics such as algorithms, computer architecture (virtual memory and cache’ memory), data structures and/or similar areas.
