ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Answer computer-based multi-line phone system and directs calls in courteous and timely manner.
· Respond to customer inquiries and support questions via phone and email.
· Distribute incoming mail and coordinate outgoing packages and mail.
· Manage office supply inventories.
· Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
· File customer and vendor invoices.
· Provide administrative support to Executive Management.
· Position occasionally requires overtime work.
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Work Experience: 2+ years.
Education: Associate Degree or greater preferred.
