We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in Downtown Dallas for an Investment Firm. The ideal candidate must have 2-5 years experience as a Receptionist in a professional environment. The qualified candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Outlook. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls.
- Filing, shipping receiving, and handling postage refills
- Load and unload dishwasher.
- Order supplies.
- Cater for office birthday and meetings.
- Handle travel arrangements as needed.
- Follow up on emails.
- Schedule meeting for Administrative departments.
- Book hotel conference rooms.
- Follow up on meetings.
- Take and deliver messages if necessary.
- Provide callers with information as needed.
- Receive, sort and rout daily mail and courier deliveries as an as needed basis.
- Assistant other departments as needed.
