Plaza Research is the nation's premier network of focus group facilities with 14 offices nationwide. We organize and host market research studies on behalf of major corporations for research purposes only. We do not sell or solicit any products or services. We are seeking two detail/multi task oriented, professional individuals to work in conjunction with one another.
Receptionist/Front Desk/Client Services Assistant: Responsibilities include answering a multi-line telephone system, greeting clients upon their arrival, accommodating clients while they are present at our facility, updating clients with attendance of focus group/interview participants, operating A/V equipment, light computer work, data entry, photocopying, faxing, filing, etc. Must be able to work flexible hours as schedule varies. Mostly daytime hours, but evenings sometimes required. Many days the start time is early morning (6:00AM - 7:00AM).
Client Services Assistant/Hospitality Assistant: Responsibilities include greeting clients upon their arrival, accommodating clients while they are present at our facility, updating clients regarding attendance of focus group/interview participants, calling clients for their food and equipment needs, setting up/cleaning up client rooms, ordering/serving/cleaning up client food, kitchen and office cleaning/straightening up (dish wiping, some hand dish washing, light kitchen cleaning, light vacuuming, dusting), front desk support, operating A/V equipment, light computer work, running errands (vehicle is required), data entry, photocopying, faxing, filing, etc. Must be able to work flexible hours as schedule varies. Mostly daytime hours, but evenings sometimes required. Many days the start time is early morning (5:30AM - 7:00AM).
Ideal candidates should possess the following:
- Solid organizational/time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Be dependable and trustworthy
- Have a professional appearance, a strong work ethic and a positive "can do" attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to deal with high-maintenance clients
- Proficiency in Excel and Word; MAC experience a plus
