A. Customer Service
Providing assistance to all incoming callers. Transferring calls accordingly. Greeting customers and Dahill guests upon arrival; ensure they are being assisted promptly.
•B. Matching
Pulling out all file copies from stack and mail out customer invoice. Copying all file copies and distribute accordingly to sales representatives. Matching all packing slips with same numerical invoice and sales order. Scanning all documents into Fortis. Indexing documents electronically. Shredding all documents that have been scanned. Periodically sorting through old sales orders to update existing files.
•C. Projects
Accomplishing various projects for department managers, often in the incumbent's area of interest.
•D. Inside Relations
Providing assistance to all departments when needed, only if cleared through supervisor. Distributing mail to employees when needed. You will also back up the Branch Administrator. These duties could include producing proposals for sales reps, and doing projects assigned by Branch Manager. Retrieving customer information for sales reps.
•E. Knowledge and Skills
Oral communications skills, including listening and questioning. Social skills to communicate with customers; to represent Dahill and strengthen its image. Handle all situations in an appropriate manner.

High School Diploma required.
