We're looking for:

• Experienced sales professionals looking for a career change.  Skills ARE transferable!
• Industry experience is preferred, but NOT a requirement.
• Selling skills ARE a requirement.  You must have prior experience having to make a sales quota.
• You must have prior experience having to earn at least PART of your income through commission, not just salary.
• You'll need excellent oral and written communications skills.
• You MUST have a technical aptitude as we are no longer in the cell phone business!  30% of what we sell are "Smart Phones", Data Cards, MiFi, and Netbooks, not basic cell phones.
• Better than average customer service skills
• Good on the phone, as phone calls to our customer base are part of the job.
• Due to years in these locations, we have a customer base, which means YEARS of leads to call when things are slow!  So we need people who are not only comfortable in front of customers, but on the phone as well.
• We NEED people who NEED to earn between $40,000 and $50,000.  Proof of prior income required.  (We don't want a $20,000 employee for a $40,000 job.)

7. Annual incentive trip, based on holiday sales, so you still have a chance to qualify!  (Exotic destination.  Trip takes place in March.  All expenses paid!  Must still be an employee at time of the trip to qualify!
