Recovery Agent:

Hiday & Ricke, P.A. is seeking detail-oriented, highly organized and motivated Full-Time individuals to fill our open Recovery Agent position.

Core Responsibilities:

• Payment arrangements and settlements
  
• Request garnishments and refer files for depositions
  
• Comprehend account activity notes, imaged documents and other sources of information to aid in determining account status
  
• Review credit reports 

Minimum Qualifications:

• One (1) year collections or skip tracing experience
  
• Competence with Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook
  
• Type 45 WPM
  
• High School diploma
