Description:

Aggressively pursuing post charge-off and deficiency balance accounts according to the Company’s Standard.

Position Function:

•Re-establish and maintain communication with customers to minimize company loss.
•Negotiate payoffs, settlements and payment programs, according to company guidelines.
•Achieving various numeric standards and goals for servicing accounts without sacrificing quality of service, maintain adherence to FDCPA guidelines, and consistently representing the Company in a professional manner.


Position Requirements:

•Mortgage servicing experience a plus
•Credit Bureau Reporting Knowledge and skip tracing experience.
•Post Charge off and Deficiency balance Collections experience—2 years.
•Persuasive and professional communication skills
•Detailed self starter who is motivated and organized
•Ability to meet goals and deadlines in a fast-paced, stressful environment
•Strong numeric aptitude
•Ability to meet department attendance standards

Hours: Current hours, subject to change due to business needs:

Two late nights a week: 9:30-7:00pm
Two early days a week: 6 a.m.–3:30pm
Fridays 6:00am – 12:00pm
Required: 2 Saturdays a month 6:00am-12:00pm
More hours at end of month
