Duties/Responsibilities

·         Develop knowledge of marketplace to identify prospects that could benefit from our staffing services.  This is achieved through a combination of cold calling, civic involvement.

·         Participate in a team environment to effectively grow as individuals and improve professional competencies.  Examples include: cold calling techniques, appointment setting, proper presentation formatting, understanding and articulating competitive advantages, and selling value versus cost.

·         Responsible for the sales cycle from the initial conversation with reception to the formal request for an appointment, through follow-up meetings and the billing process.

·         Understand greater economic market issues, such as: downsizing, relocation, outsourcing, etc.

·         Adhere to specific administration guidelines regarding client manager and client paperwork.

·         Develop strong knowledge of pay scales

·         Develop ability to negotiate rates

·         Develop logical and practical solutions to problems prior to possible loss of client

·         Organize daily activities

·         Must have good computer and communication skills

Skills/Qualifications

·         4 year college degree.

·         The ability to craft a sentence clearly, concisely, and articulately.

·         Receptive to working, learning, and growing with a team of peers.

·         Comfort in dealing with new, unfamiliar prospects.

·         Must present a professional image and demeanor at all times.
