Description
The Recruiter works under the direction of a Recruitment Manager, Operations Director or Customer Relationship Director. This job function performs independently within a team environment on a client engagement activity including daily interaction with candidates. The ability to work independently and manage individual performance is a must. The Recruiter must also have the ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group of individuals including the client hiring manager, India Researchers, and Kenexa Staffing Consultants. Full-life cycle recruiting (Levels 1 through 4) is the essential task which includes candidate management, direct sourcing, social and media networking and screening potential applicants. The Recruiter will consultant with the Staffing Consultant and/ or management levels on issues related to sourcing, hiring and salary analysis. This role requires effective sourcing skills, ability to manage one's own time and performance, and have professional communication skills (telephone and email etiquette). Along with the sourcing skill sets, the recruiter must be able to research and maintain knowledge around the customer and its industry, products and competitors.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for direct sourcing of candidates for assigned requisitions
• Responsible for conducting effective sourcing efforts including utilize multiple sourcing channels such as OKD, database mining, diversity channels, cold calling and social/web 2.0 networking to create qualified candidate pool
• Proactively foster continuous social and media networks and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates and potential leads
• Screen and process potential candidates and applicants
• Meet weekly production goals as set by direct manager
• Manage daily production and candidate activities according to Program's Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements
• Disposition candidate pools presented by Research team within expected timeframe
• Utilize Applicant Tracking System (and other program tools) to effectively and accurately accomplish and document candidate management activities within the recruiter job scope
• Responsible for obtaining thorough knowledge regarding client, industry, and candidate pool in order to effectively sell opportunities to applicants
• Execute a personal time management plan
• Ability to assist recruiting staff with sourcing strategies and building qualified candidate pool if and when needed
• Participate on a program team as a high performing recruiter
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or Associates in related field or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of one-two (1-2) years recruiting experience
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relations building skills, active and positive approach towards people, ability to communicate and sell over the phone
• Ability to work with and on a team
• Demonstrates proficiency PC skills including in-depth internet knowledge and proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and database applications
• Has an understanding of full life cycle recruiting
• Ability to multitask
• Willingness and ability to locate candidates with rare skill sets
• Fluent in English
