Resource Development Manager (Recruiter)
Position Objective: Perform all functions necessary to utilize market knowledge and activity to develop business opportunities for providing contract IT staffing solutions in all phases of the full life cycle recruiting.
Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for contract and direct hire recruiting for the IT industry
· Interview, screen, and test applicants to determine their skill set and individual characteristics to assess placement
opportunities
· Meet weekly cold-calling and candidate contact to solicit and source IT professionals
· Utilize online job boards to source and identify candidates for current and future needs
· Work with Business Development team to understand client needs and open positions
· Conduct quality calls to consultants to ensure satisfaction is met on both ends
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-task, team environment
· Self-starter, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
· 2 years experience in recruiting, sales or technical sales environment
· Relevant employment IT industry or other related technical experience helpful
· Telephone sales (cold calling) experience desired
· Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or a business-related field preferred, but not required
