Recruiter – West Coast Division

Medicus is a leader in the medical/healthcare staffing industry with corporate headquarters in Salem, NH.  We have experienced impressive growth and profitability and we are looking to expand our business into the Western regions of the United States.  After an incubation period in Salem, NH of 3-6 months, this position will relocate to our western region office in the Denver, CO area.  This is a great opportunity to be part of this expansion.

We are seeking a high-energy, hard working Recruiter to join our team.  This person will be responsible for establishing and building relationships with physicians across the country.  This is an opportunity to work with highly successful physicians, developing long term relationship and matching their skills with client needs. 

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and build relationships with qualified physicians


• Qualify, present and schedule physicians to meet the needs of our clients


• Work with medical facilities to insure that they have coverage for vacation schedules, staff shortages, and peaks in demand


• Help determine market strategies, direction, and growth plans

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree required


• 3-5 years experience working in a professional environment and speaking with multiple people everyday


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to establish relationships over the phone


• Comfortable contacting people and making introductions

Salary & Benefits:

Base salary plus commissions with no salary cap.  Medicus offers a generous benefit package that includes Health, Life, Dental, and 401K with company match.
