What does it take to make it on our team?


  • Must have at least 5 years of agency recruitment experience.
  • Must possess a proven record of success in consistently meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Must be comfortable and effective communicating via telephone, and must be able to quickly and successfully develop positive candidate relations.
  • Ability to approach recruiting assignments with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm and innovation.
  • Act with a sense of urgency.
  • Possess the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong customer-service orientation.
