We are currently seeking a recruiter to work onsite with our client in Portland, OR to help us exceed expectations by building partnerships with Hiring Managers and discovering, screening and selecting qualified candidates.  If you are an experienced recruiter with a great portfolio of achievements in sourcing and recruiting candidates, Adecco will provide a challenging and rewarding opportunity.
 
  RECRUITER
A Recruiter works with both clients and candidates to fulfill employment needs that meet and exceed expectations.
  Recruiters:
   -Are dedicated to delivering a high level of service to
      our Talent, our Clients and their contemporaries.

   -Possess client management, staffing, organization and
     time-management skills and are team players with a desire
     to learn, teach and adapt as necessary.

   -Are creative, energetic, outgoing and have the ability
     to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while following
     established recruiting plans and compliance procedures.

   -Recognize the importance of timely and accurate
     communication with individuals in varying positions and
     locations in a professional manner.

   -Have public speaking skills are which are vital in making
     presentations and training associate recruiters. There
     may be other duties as assigned.

  REQUIREMENTS
-Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Prefer prior Field Technician/Engineering recruiting experience
-Prefer prior experience working with an applicant tracking system
-Prefer Bachelor’s Degree
