Penske Logistics seeks a dynamic HR Recruiter with demonstrated success in acquiring top-notch talent through the use of creative and effective sourcing techniques. This position is part of our Corporate Staffing Team and will play a key role in staffing the organization to meet our future growth plans.
The main responsibilities of this position are as follows:
- Lead the organizational recruiting efforts for key positions, both in the field and at our corporate location
- Create and implement effective recruiting sources that result in diverse applicant pools
- Build strong relationships with internal customers, international HR team, hiring managers, and industry contacts to grow and develop pipeline of potential candidates
- Market the organization?s value proposition and benefits of employment during interactions with candidates, customers, students, and industry contacts
- Participate in special projects that have a direct impact on improving the organization?s ability to hire key talent
