Responsibilities:




  • Responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for Therapy Management Corporation's open positions and creating relationships and pipelines for future open positions.


  • Responsible for screening and referring candidates for all staff vacancies to the appropriate Hiring Manager.


  • Determine the suitability and qualifications of each applicant prior to referring the candidate.


  • Responsible to make a minimum of 60 cold calls daily from licensure listings, school listings, show listings, etc.


  • Maintain current or future candidate and requisition databases on a real time basis.


  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate knowledge of all company benefits and policies and procedures relative to the hiring of new employees. 


  • Maintains "ownership" of all candidates throughout the hiring process.

 


Qualifications:




  • Minimum of 2 years recruiting PT, OT and SLP in a long term care setting


  • Fulltime Exempt position


  • Travel up to 50% of the time including some weekends
