As a Recruiter your responsibilities will include recruiting, screening, and recommending employment of qualified applicants. You must be familiar with policies of the agency and apply those policies at all functional levels of the company and assist with employee relations of health care workers for hospitals nationwide. 

• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and candidates
• Maintain several accounts ensuring excellent customer service as well as proper development of future business
• Responsible for coordinating travel, lodging and itineraries for temporary assignments and facility tours for permanent candidates and their families
