Systems Personnel Group is a recruiting company known as Western New York’s leading provider of high-end, hard to find talent. We are seeking a Senior Recruiter / Account Executive. We are expanding our local and national markets and seek a proven business development leader and experienced recruiter to assist in our growth plans.  We offer recruiting expertise in the Information Technology, Finance, Executive, Engineering, Operations and Healthcare fields.  We are a diverse and highly trained group of professionals who have pioneered a method that ensures success. The Account Executive / Recruiter will work with Managerial, Director, VP and ‘C’ level decision makers at leading companies to diagnose and fill recruiting needs.  You will work to place both direct and high-level contract employees.  You will be responsible for finding open jobs and talent to fill openings.

Participate in a compensation package second to none in our industry.  Your package includes a base salary plus generous commissions and full benefits designed to get you off and running.  We allow our recruiters to slide between a more or less aggressive compensation package allowing you to maximize earnings.  Work on a team of six figure earners who are there to help you and the rest of the team grow.

Requirements:

Outstanding written and verbal presentation

5+ years Sales experience

3+ years recruiting agency experience

Proven new business / new industry account penetration

Experience soliciting both contract and direct placement business

High level, bigger ticket placement experience

Degree:

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred

Salary:

Salary plus commission
