Recruiting Associate (1637)

Description

The Recruiting Department is responsible for identifying and securing a constant stream of high quality and productive advisors.  The Recruiting Associate assists the Director of Recruiting in identifying, qualifying, communicating with and closing agreements with prospective advisors.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Daily prospecting calls and careful follow up with advisors
  • Participate in and lead presentations to prospective advisors via phone, webinar and in-person.
  • Build relationships with company OSJ’s, RSM’s, RSD’s to develop leads that can be used for recruiting
  • Record activities thru the “Smart Office” client management
  • Manage email and mail campaigns.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven success prospecting and conducting sales calls
  • Prior experience presenting to groups strongly desired
  • Ability to travel 1 or 2 nights a week on average
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office including: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • 1-3 years experience as an financial advisor is preferred
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses required
  • College Degree preferred.

Compensation will be commensurate with background and experience and will include base salary plus bonuses.
