As a Recruiting Coordinator at SIG, you will work with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a positive interviewing and selection process for experienced and university-level talent. Schedule and confirm phone and on-site interviews, including technical screens and/or tests when required Arrange travel for applicants and recruiters; process check requests, expense reports and travel reimbursements Electronically distribute resumes, tests, and/or interview feedback to hiring managers and members of the interviewing team Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) candidate records; create and run reports from the database as needed Manage phone calls or inquiries from candidates, vendors, or internal employees regarding the recruitment process; escalate calls when necessary Identify and help implement opportunities to enhance the recruiting process Perform administrative/clerical functions such as mailing, faxing, filing and photocopying; open and distribute mail, facsimiles and email, and other duties as needed and required QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast paced environment Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Ability to creatively solve and present good solutions to problems Superior time management and organizational skills required Exceptional attention to detail critical Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Internet Browsers (Explorer) required; knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (specifically Brass Ring) preferred Ability to maintain highly confidential information critical Willingness to work additional hours when necessary *
