PART TIME RECRUITING COORDINATOR

Hammerhouse LLC and W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital Corp are currently seeking a Part Time Recruiting Coordinator to work out of our Irvine, CA Hammerhouse LLC office. The role of the recruiting coordinator is to partner with the internal recruiters of W.J. Bradley.

Duties associated with this position include the following:

·         Assist recruiters with database management.

·         Filing

·         Meeting coordination.

·         Lead generation.

·         Other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

·         3 years of administrative experience.

·         Strong Microsoft capabilities including Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

·         Preferably, some knowledge of database systems such as Microsoft CRM, ACT, etc.

The position is Part Time to Full Time.
