Recruiting Coordinator
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Sources resumes and applicants through various mediums
- Analyze the information provided on a prospective employee's application
- Conduct phone interviews
- Coordinate recruitment process for management
- Conduct reference checks on applicants
- Make offers of employment to successful candidates
- Process New Hire paperwork
- Conduct onboarding and orientation process
- Act as a liaison with area employment agencies & colleges
- Acts as a liaison with HR Directors with regard to employee/HR issues
- Monthly reports on employment activity
- Other duties as assigned or needed
Minimum Skills Requirements
- At least one year of recruiting or HR experience
- Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Ability to interact with all levels of personnel with tact and diplomacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Associate’s degree preferred
