Summary: Assist Recruiters with identifying quality candidates to ensure continued growth and success. Responsible for communicating and maintaining policies and procedures to achieve efficient results.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Schedule and interviews and assist recruiters with scheduling all face to face interviews for all open positions
Schedule all travel arrangements for candidates and assist Managers with preparation and coordination of all initiatives for Job Fairs and Interviews
Responsible for updating the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), company website, as well as all job boards with new job opportunities within company on weekly basis.
Assist Recruiters with maintaining monthly dashboard reporting metrics to assist in recruitment & retention efforts.
Build relationships with internal customers/ shareowners in an effort to increase Human Relations (retention efforts)
Assist Recruiters with wrapping up all loose ends of Recruitment Cycle: send notification emails to all candidates who were considered, close position on NuVasive website, collect feedback questionnaires from Hiring Manager.
Work with HR Coordinator to send out offer letters and ensure all paperwork is returned and preparation is done for new hire start date.
Special recruitment Project ownership.
Perform duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations as well as standards including, but not limited to, ISO 13485.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and 2+ years of corporate recruiting coordination experience.
Computer Skills: Proficient and accurate with word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), Visio and some Applicant Tracking Software. Competency in navigating the Internet.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, company policy and procedure manuals. Ability to write business reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, employees, and management of organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
